THE CANDIDATES
Accurate Diagnostic Labs, is actively seeking a strong business partner for the positionS of Pathologist / Laboratory Director and Phlebotomy Supervisor. These candidates should be comfortable with hands-on development in all areas of commercial laboratory operations. The candidates will work with a group of exceptional peers to oversee the operations in a Pathology / Cytology and Phlebotomy Laboratory and assist to coordinate with the Molecular, Genetics, Clinical, Immunology and Hematology Laboratory. These individuals will have the full support of the entire organization to grow the company in an ethical and compliant manner.

*** PATHOLOGIST - LABORATORY DIRECTOR KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop and establish measures to improve the quality of medical services provided by the practice.
- Suggest changes in working conditions, develops and establishes measures to improve efficiency and performance of medical services.
- Strive to make the practice a model of efficiency, quality, safety, and service.
- Fulfill the responsibilities as listed in CLIA ‘88 (42 C.F.R. §493.1495). Additional responsibilities may be defined be applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in departmental professional Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities, e.g. Pathology Quality Assessment and Improvement Program, including cytology, molecular, genetics, and clinical AP.
- Interact with ordering physicians who request to speak with a pathologist.
- Provide professional anatomic pathology diagnostic services, including GYN Cytology Review, GI, and GU.
- Interpretation of tissue biopsies.
- Comply with continuing medical education requirements for licensure and privilege status.
- Provide clinical lab consultation services to physicians and lab technologists as needed.

EXPERIENCE
- Pathologist with 5 + years experience post residency and board certified AP/CP.
- Strong customer focus and understanding of laboratory operations.
- Ability to communicate with high level decision makers in the organization.
- Personal adaptability and ability to lead change.

EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS
- Required: Medical Degree, Certified in Anatomic, Cytology, and Clinical Pathology.
- Desired: Sub – Specialty fellowship trained preferably in Cytology and Gastroenterology.
- Must hold valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in NY/NJ/PA/DE/MD/VA or be eligible to obtain licensure.

*** EXPERIENCED PHLEBOTOMY SUPERVISOR
For the south NJ market – Ocean County to Southern NJ and a Philidelphia PSC.
According to established policies and procedures, this individual will be responsible for managing the operations and supervising the Phlebotomy staff in Southern NJ. This individual will have a very good understanding of laboratory testing and be familiar with legal, regulatory and billing requirements for clinical laboratory testing.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Day to day management of up to 70 phlebotomists at PSC’s and In Office Phlebotomy locations.
- Daily client visits while maintaining a visit log.
- Sourcing new Phlebotomists and new hire training. Successful on-boarding for all new offices.
- Working with the sales team to identify current and future needs of the organization
- Working with doctors and their respective offices to develop a lasting relationship; efficiently resolve customer and patient problems and concerns.
- Facilitates resolutions of conflicts
- Submit reports completely, accurately and within established time frames.

EDUCATION
- 3 years Phlebotomy experience preferred
- Clinical lab knowledge required
- 1 year minimum management experience
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Excellent computer skills
